Onitsha Market Fire outbreak, Oh what a black Wednesday indeed. Amidst this unpleasant tragedy that claimed the lives and wealth of victims, a popular prophet in Onitsha said that the fire outbreak occur due to its absence.. Prophet Chukuemeka Odumeje(aka the lion himself), the senior prophet of Holy Ghost Divine Intervention and Deliverance Ministry, claimed that the outrageous Onitsha market fire outbreak occurred because he was not there to spiritually defend the city.
In his words in reported speech:
O mu bu ikiku anafu anya(I am the visible wind), ife ebu n’afo onele(what is inside the stomach yet waxing strong). This is lion himself coming, don’t block the camera(he said to is entourages). Onitsha City, I know you are feeling my going out, i am belief.
Nwanne kamfu ndi mu(let me see my people), nwanne kam bunye fa ike(let me empower them), nwanne kam bulu ike nata(let me come pack powerful).
The first time in life history, the first time!!! Something must happen. I am the real defender of Onitsha city, I am the defender of Anambra State, I am the god!!!
N’ekw anam anu(be speaking, am hearing). Today, ogeme(It would happen)
The above is the reported speech of the acclaimed prophet who always say “I am this, I am that” on the recent fire outbreak in Onitsha Market
What Caused Onitsha Market Fire Outbreak
A reliable source, someone who has a shop in Onitsha market revealed that a fuel tanker fell in MCC along upper-Iweka at 11AM. The fuel escaping from the tank, flowed through a drainage system from Upper-iweka to ochanja then Onitsha market. The burning fuel, reached Onitsha market by 3PM and started burning everything that comes across it; one plaza was burnt to ashes, both the building and goods in it were burnt to ashes. Some lost their goods while some lost their lives. The fire outburst started burning Onitsha market from 3PM till the next morning, yet fire service couldn’t do anything
Why would a man of claim that his absence caused Onitsha market fire outbreak? Is distance a barrier to the God of heaven?
