I PREFER SOME PROPHESIES NOT TO COME TO PASS EVEN IF I AM CALLED FAKE BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO HANDLE SUCH CRISIS
-Pastor EA Adeboye at the RCCG February Holy Ghost Service 2020
Theme: Let There be Light 2
I am a Pastor not a Prophet and if I am not a prophet you can’t call me a false prophet because I am not a Prophet anyway I am just a Pastor.
I just hear from God once in a while a prophet will be anxious that everything he says will come to pass a Pastor will care less.
If there is a prophecy that has a negative connotation a good Prophet ought to pray that, that prophecy will not come to pass that’s why you are going to pray a prayer.
The beginning of this year, you heard me say that the Lord said that on the International scene, fire outbreaks, flood, storm, earthquake, volcanoes that we saw in the past is child’s play.
If you follow the news and see what is happening on the International scene, I told you at that time that Nigeria is part of the International scene. And if you look at what has happened in January, the number of fire outbreaks, houses burning, .markets burning, government houses burning, fire outbreaks close to the airport. And if the Lord says we haven’t seen anything yet we need to pray Because I told you at that time we don’t even have the means to cope in any serious fire outbreaks, we don’t have the equipment to deal with any major flood.
Now this part of the prophecy be cancelled. If it is cancelled and nothing happens at the end of the year call me a false prophet…anyway I am not a Prophet but a Pastor.
But if what God told me should come to pass we don’t have the means, we don’t have the equipment, we don’t have what to use to take care of a major fire outbreak.
I think the young ones among us are going to shout a jumpopolistic hallelujah and the the elders will do the rababalistic hallelujah and let everybody do the shaky hallelujah and finally somebody do the individualistic hallelujah. You are doing this because next month is going to be the Holy Ghost Service Anniversary.
